Three

HAPPY DECEMBER THREE!

I am thankful for my church.
Saturday night services.
Being a part of heartfelt worship.
Quality sermons that renews my love of Scripture and the God it reveals.
Good friends and fellowship.
Every week, celebrating the Lord's Supper.
Funny technical issues.
Pastor's illustrations (tonight: baking cinnamon rolls on stage).
Encouragement, exhortation, and edification.
Rediscovering the love and grace and personality of my Savior.
Seeing God work in and through His Church's members.
That though we have many voices, we are one Body, singing one song to the one true God.

And above all these put on love, which binds
everything together in perfect harmony.
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which
indeed you were called in one body.  And be thankful.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly,
teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom,
singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
Colossians 3:14-16 (ESV)
